Sexual Misconduct
While complaints and discipline regarding sexual misconduct by physicians against patients are relatively rare, enforcement of laws against such conduct is a priority of the Medical Board of California. This type of willful misconduct is considered among the more egregious that a physician can commit. This page contains articles, laws, and links designed to educate medical students, physicians, and patients as to the bans against, and consequences of, such behavior.
