"Prostate Cancer Patient Guide"

The 86-page booklet is reprinted from the Prostate Cancer Foundation. This booklet provides information to patients on prostate cancer treatment options and must be given by physicians upon examination of the prostate gland to certain patients, as specified in Business and Professions Code section 2248 and Health and Safety Code section 109280.

Physicians working on a trauma case as defined in section 1798.160 of the Health and Safety Code do not need to comply with this requirement.
